As an international export company, delivery times and methods depend on the Incoterms agreed upon in the contract. Once a shipment is handed over to the carrier (FOB, CIF, etc.), the risk of loss or damage transfers according to the contract terms.
Clients are responsible for inspecting the goods upon arrival at the destination port. Any claims for shortages or damaged goods must be filed within 7 business days of delivery, accompanied by relevant inspection reports and photographs.
Due to the nature of international trade and logistics costs, we do not accept returns except in cases of significant deviation from the agreed-upon quality standards or specifications as confirmed by a third-party inspection agency.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original payment method (Bank Transfer, LC, etc.) after deducting any shipping, handling, or customs charges incurred.
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, port strikes, or changes in international trade regulations.
